Raw Vegan Recipe – Buddha Bowls

Here I am with my beautiful Buddha Bowls full of goodness and refreshing delights. You can use any bowl I just love these coconut ones I bought. I added spiralised red & yellow beetroot, pistachio nuts, made some carrot falafels (raw vegan) pomegranate, half avocados to each bowl, fresh coriander and a courgette dip. You can add lime/lemon juice any other seeds and also you can spiralise courgette, cucumber or whatever you like. If you can’t eat nuts add a slice of mango.
