What are the 5 ways to be kind to yourself?

I saw these kissing and peaceful parrots on my walk this morning, even the animals are calling for unity and peace in this chaos and pandemic. Only a few weeks ago the nation were talking about kindness and when we really have to step up and show this beautiful quality some people are showing unkindness and willing to get into a fight over something that can be resolved in peace.

  1. What is it that you love to do? What makes you truly happy? Is it a 5 minutes walk? Is it hugging your dog? Is it meditating? Whatever makes you happy do it even if it is only for 5 minutes. Always take care of yourself first.
  2. Detach from situations that you don’t like. Remember you don’t have to like everything and everyone, that is absolutely ok. Not everyone will share the same values as you.
  3. Observe what makes you fearful, angry or creates worries, stress or anxiety in you? But only briefly – then you say to any of these emotions – I love you over and over again, mentally is ok. Then one day it will just disappear.
  4. Allow yourself to LOVE yourself – receive who you truly are, stand in your potency and be you.
  5. Reward yourself with surprises or presents – flowers, cup of tea, treatments – you are the most precious being in the Universe, you deserve it.

When you start taking care of the self you will find other signature frequency matches around you, which means you will attract people in your life that are willing to step up taking care of themselves too. And with that you will be sending out a vibrations of what would you like to see in the world.

An awakened soul is in itself a miracle that can communicate on a different platform and enable clarity to surface. I am asking you please be the energy of these loving parrots. #Alchemy #Awareness #Unity #Peace #SelfCare
